A new adventure! The Work at Home Mentor coaching program

Today, I am launching a brand new program. I am excited, nervous and tired. This has been months in the making and I’m not quite sure what to do with myself now that it is finally here.

I am proud to introduce, The Work at Home Mentor!

I created the Work at Home Mentor because starting a new business is hard. The best way to make it easier? Support!

Have you ever wished you had someone to help you through the tough days?

Someone who had been there before and could help ease your path?

Someone you could ask questions of and get real, helpful answers?

That’s what I want for you too!

The Work at Home Mentor is a coaching program especially for small business owning moms. It is geared towards helping you work your business without sacrificing your family life.

  • Imagine how it will feel to finally be comfortable in where your business is headed.
  • What would you give for a to-do list that is under control?
  • How would it feel to have the confidence to talk about your business to anyone you meet?
  • Imagine being connected to others who are on the same small business journey as you.

Working with me can help you achieve all those things!

How does it work?

Well, there are two options… you can sign up for a group mentoring program that lasts four weeks, or a One on One mentoring program that last 6 or 12 weeks.

The group mentoring program will be based in a private Facebook group with weekly live videos and peer support. You will also receive a special workbook to help you through the program.

Each One on One program includes weekly calls, email support and a never before released workbook. You will also get access to a private Facebook group only for my clients.

What Does Working One on One With Me Look Like?

When you hire me to help you with your small business we are going to start by writing a One Page Business Plan. You are going to fill it out before our first meeting and do your best to answer the questions.

Then we are going to figure out where you are the weakest and where you are the strongest and put together a solid Action Plan for our time together.

This Action Plan will guide us but it is not set in stone. It is a fluid plan that will change and grow as we get to know each other and as you complete tasks.

  • We will have weekly calls and emails to work through problems and develop solutions.
  • We will talk about systems you can set up in your business.
  • You will identify and remove distractions that are not helping you.
  • We will talk about your business budget.
  • You will be exposed to new resources that will help you organize and streamline.

And at the end, you will write a new One Page Business Plan so you can see how far you have come!

Want to start a business from home? Overwhelmed with all the things that need to be done? Check out The Work at Home Mentor! So much great advice and you can work one on one with her or in a group. So much great business advice!

What other are saying:

“I consider myself fortunate to have found Emma before launching my blog. The business expertise she brings to the table is second to none. For example, she created a pricing sheet for handmade items (in her marketing course.) It’s the first that I understood and could fill in on my own, giving me the details I need to correctly price my products (in a unique market with many variables!)

Her experience, communication skills, timely attendance of meetings, clear communication, wonderful upbeat attitude, and a great sense of humor make her a powerhouse coach. She helps you rework your goal statements into actionable plans. She listens to understand first! That quality, in and of itself, was a major selling point for me. She doesn’t try to finish your sentences, she helps you find the real answers!

She’s helped me build an Etsy shop from the ground up. Giving advice on placement, wording, photography and much more on how to sell my products. She is deeply invested in your success. She’s one of the genuine people out there that don’t just take your money and run!

On top of all that, she is open, responsive, quick to answer, and exceedingly helpful. I highly recommend utilizing the opportunity to work with her. She will take you, and your business, to new levels. If you would like to speak to me directly about how she’s helped me, please ask her for my e-mail address! I am always thrilled to discuss and refer honest, trustworthy, and hardworking people!

I will be using her coaching services well into the future!”

Work at Home Mentorship

Why Mentor?

As I was setting this program up I kept using the term coach. It seems to be a very popular term right now, but it didn’t seem quite right to me.

A coach is someone who tells you what to do and how to do it.

No one will ever know your business like you do. You have put in the blood, sweat and tears getting it off the ground and I’m not going to tell you to change everything.

Instead I want to be your Mentor. Someone who has started and run multiple small business and understands everything that goes into it.

I’m not going to tell you what to do, I’m going to help you to reach your full potential by offering advice, support and resources.

You will need to do the work of running your business. But having a support system that is knowledgeable and encouraging can be life changing.

Starting a mentoring relationship with me will change the way you approach your work.

  • Learn how to better manage your time.
  • Create a Action Plan that will see you making real, measurable progress on your goals.
  • Set goals that will make the most impact on your business.
  • Focus on prioritizing your tasks so you can get more done.

Working with me will create a business that is more streamlined, better managed and able to handle life’s surprises.

Are you ready to change your business for the better?

If you are a mompreneur but you aren’t getting the business growth you desire, or you’re about to start a business and are overwhelmed with the number of details in getting it off the ground, The Work at Home Mentor program can help!

About Me

I am lucky enough to be mother to three awesome children, ages 7, 5 and 1. I am crazy enough to try and run an online business or two. I have started five businesses in the last 10 years. Some of them were very successful, (I even sold one!) and others were total failures. I currently work as a VA and run this blog. Read More…
